Having served as a Service Manager for a large overhead door company in New England before retiring I have a critical point of view when doing a, review for some work that I had done today on our garage doors at our home.
It gives me great pleasure to say that I could not be more pleased with the quality of office staff, Dustin, their response time, and our excellent service tech, Jamie, that took care of our garage door problem today. Jamie was at our door within fifteen minutes of us calling them and corrected the issues and examined both of our doors and lubed them better than I would have. Thank you, Jamie, for the outstanding customer service you provided us.
The quality people that Garage Door Revolution has on staff is a testimony to quality management and how they take care of their people and in turn their customers. If you have any garage door repair needs these people are the best in the business as far as I’m concerned.

Jeff CrepeauId give more then five stars if it were possible ! Very easy office to talk to and communicate with. They showed up on time the next day. Jacob the installer was great. He’s a very polite very hard worker. And tried to do everything possible to resolve the problem but my opener was beyond repair. He did a whole new install. New trolley, keypads etc. fully serviced my door, hinges and rollers etc even programmed my car to my new opener I actually overplayed by a one hundred dollar bill that was stuck to other bills and I hadn’t noticed The office called me and informed me of the over payment of 100$. And had Jacob deliver me the money the next day Very dependable company. Very good installers. And very transparent and super honest as well as Ethical It would be a mistake not to call this company in my opinionPosted on Google
George Papp6/24/2026 - Jamie stopped by for some routine Maintenance, and to replace my 20 year old worn-out and split Bottom Door Seal. Jamie did a great job, and I'm always pleased with their Tech's professionalism and knowledge! Previous Review -- I called for Maintenance, and to get an Estimate for removable, vertical Hurricane Braces for my 16 year old doors. Dustin stopped by that same day, and explained that besides a hurricane blowing doors in, it can also suck doors out. A better option was to reinforce the existing doors to get them above current building codes, and make them Hurricane Impact Resistant. This Option beats installing the vertical braces every time a hurricane is nearby, and then removing them when I want to open/close the doors. Brent came by a two days later and upgraded my doors and frame with additional door struts and wood frame anchors. Brent also installed new Springs, since I was lucky and my original springs out-lasted the average spring life of 12 - 15 years. He adjusted, oiled, and tuned-up the doors, and everything is running smoothly. I am very pleased with my results. I also asked Brent to have the Office put my on a periodic maintenance schedule for future visits. FYI - I found out about Garage Door Revolution and their great work by reading my neighbors' recommendations on Nextdoor.com.Posted on Google
