Scheduling an appointment was easy. Everyone from the person who scheduled the appointment to the tech was so courteous and friendly. Service was done in under an hour. I will definitely use Garage Door Revolution again and recommend them.

On today's date I again had service done to my garage door by D&D. Fortunately for me I got the same technician that showed up for my first service. The technicians name is Luigi. This time he came accompany by a technician named Matthew. I just want to point out that not only that they did an excellent job but the chemistry between them two was very professional with a touch of good humor. However, they always maintaining a level of serious responsibility on their task. It was very entertaining seeing them work and have fun at the same time. This for me means that they definitely love what they do. This was a reminder that when you love what you do for a living you really don't ever go to work. I want the company to know that if all your employees are as good as Luigi and Matthew consider yourselfs blessed. This days is very difficult to find trustworthy people that just care about making a buck and moving on. I want to commend Luigi for a second time and his partner Matthew for a job well done. I also want to point out that the service was covered by the warranty at no cost to me.

I was extremely happy with the service that Jamie provided today. Jamie arrived on-time and he was able to replace my garage door springs and perform a thorough inspection of the garage door components. I would definitely recommend calling Garage Door Revolution when you need to have your garage door serviced. I also want to mention that I was extremely happy with the customer service that Contessa provided when setting up the appointment. We recently had a very good experience with Garage Door Revolution when they performed an annual garage door tune-up on our home in the Lennar Timbers community in Western Palm Bay. Having served as a Service Manager for a large overhead door company in New England before retiring I have a critical point of view when doing a, review for some work that I had done today on our garage doors at our home.
It gives me great pleasure to say that I could not be more pleased with the quality of office staff, Dustin, their response time, and our excellent service tech, Jamie, that took care of our garage door problem today. Jamie was at our door within fifteen minutes of us calling them and corrected the issues and examined both of our doors and lubed them better than I would have.
